Carlo Ancelotti Breaks Silence about complete attacker Chelsea want to sign

Carlo Ancelotti has described Victor Osimhen as the ‘compete attacker’ amid Chelsea’s interest in the Nigerian.

Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly a fan of the 24-year-old, and wants to add him to his current squad in the coming transfer windows.

Osimhen scored more than 30 goals for Napoli across all competitions last season, which makes him highly-rated among his peers and stakeholders in football.

The striker recently returned from an injury problem, and was involved for Napoli as they played against Real Madrid in a UEFA Champions League group game on Wednesday.

Speaking ahead of the match, Ancelotti, who has worked with some of the best talents throughout his managerial career was asked about Osimhen, and he said: “Victor Osimhen is a complete attacker, very strong with his head and in transitions. We took all this into account in the first leg, and we will try to take it into account tomorrow (Wednesday) too.”

Napoli went on to lose the game 4-2, and Osimhen didn’t officially get on the scoresheet, although he did find the net, and had the effort ruled off for an offside.
