Here is Frank Lampard Verdict on Mendy and Kepa ahead of Brighton clash

Here is Frank Lampard Verdict on Mendy and Kepa ahead of Brighton clash.

It seems like Lampard is now seeing the effect of not playing Mendy in matches as Kepa have lost them a lot of games and he is now looking to bring back Mendy for the clash tomorrow.

Lampard is preparing for Brighton with an eye on Tuesday night, when Chelsea host Real Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final tie.

The Blues manager plans to rest several players in order to be fresh for the Real Madrid clash.

And Edouard Mendy hopes for a recall after his recovery from a broken finger. The Senegal keeper was Lampard’s No1 during his previous time in charge.

Should Mendy impress against Brighton, he could keep his place for Tuesday.
